Automations

The repetitive middle, handled. Every department, running more efficiently.

Every business has repetitive processes that eat up talented people's time. Intake forms, document processing, internal routing, data entry, follow-up sequences. We hand those steps to systems that run them the same way every time, so your team can focus on the high-value work they were hired to do: selling, building relationships, and serving customers.

An automation follows a path you set. The same path every time.

Marketing automations

AI-powered marketing automation goes well beyond drip emails and scheduled posts. We build systems that segment your audience based on real behavior, personalize outreach at scale, generate and adapt content, score leads dynamically, and trigger actions based on how prospects actually engage with your business. The result is a marketing engine that, with regular tuning, gets more targeted over time.

A marketing automation, step by stepSample
01A new subscriber arrivesFrom your form, your store or your event list.
02Segmented by behaviorWhat they looked at, clicked and bought, not just what they typed into a form.
03Outreach personalizedThe next message fits that segment, drafted and scheduled.
04Engagement scoredOpens, clicks and replies raise or lower the score.
05The next action firesA sales alert, a different sequence, or nothing yet. The rule decides.

Sales automations

Your sales team should be selling, not logging activities, updating CRM fields, writing follow-up emails, or trying to figure out which lead to call next. We build AI systems that handle the operational side of sales. Lead scoring that reflects buying intent. Automated follow-up sequences that adapt based on engagement. CRM updates that log themselves, so nobody retypes a thing. Your sales process gets faster, more consistent, and harder to fall through the cracks.

02Scored for intentFit and urgency, from what they asked for and where they came from.
03Follow-up adaptsReplies to replies. Goes quiet when they do.
04CRM updatedFields filled, activity logged, nobody retyping anything.
05Your rep is alertedOnly when the score says it is time to call.
/03Every department

The same pattern, in every department. Four more examples, start to finish.

Operations

An order, from placed to shipped.
  1. An order lands in your system.
  2. Stock is checked, the pick list goes to the floor, the carrier is booked.
  3. Tracking goes to the customer. Anything short or late is flagged to a person.

Accounting

Bills in, books up to date.
  1. A vendor invoice arrives by email.
  2. It is read, coded to the right account and matched to the purchase order.
  3. Above the threshold you set it is routed for approval, then entered and filed.

HR

From offer accepted to first day ready.
  1. A candidate accepts.
  2. Paperwork is sent and tracked, accounts and equipment are requested, the first week goes on the calendar.
  3. The manager is reminded at day one, week one and day thirty.

Customer service

Routine questions answered, the rest routed with context.
  1. A support email comes in.
  2. It is matched to the order and sorted: shipping question, return, or something new.
  3. The routine answer goes out. Anything else reaches a person with the history attached.
Questions

Questions, answered.

Is an automation the same as a workflow?

No. An automation follows one fixed path every time: when this happens, do that. A workflow moves a piece of work through several steps and uses AI to make a judgment at some of them. If the path never changes, you want an automation.

Does an automation use AI at all?

Often, inside a step. A model can draft the follow-up or classify the reply, but the sequence around it is fixed and predictable. That predictability is the point.

What happens when something unexpected comes in?

It routes to a person, or to an agent built for judgment calls. Automations handle the ordinary. The exceptions are flagged, not guessed at.

Will it run in the tools we already use?

Yes. We connect to your CRM, email platform, forms and calendar rather than replacing them. If a tool has an API, it can be part of the sequence.

What does an automation cost?

It is scoped after a session, because the price follows the number of steps and the systems involved, not a menu. The first consulting session is $400 flat and ends with a short list of what to automate first and what each piece would take.

How long before the first one is running?

Not long. We start with the smallest automation that proves the path, so you see it working before anything larger is built. Bigger builds are scoped with their own timeline, agreed before we start.

What if a tool we rely on changes?

Automations are built on the supported connections those tools publish. When something does move there is a person to call, and the fix is usually small because the automation was kept simple on purpose.

Is our data safe?

The automation runs inside your accounts with the permissions you grant, and nothing is copied anywhere it does not need to be. We write down what touches what, so you can see the whole path.

Pick the sequence that costs you the most hours. We will build that one first.
