What do you need from us to start?
Some time, an honest account of where your week goes, and access to the tools you already use once we get to building. You do not need to have the answer. That is the point of the first session.
What if it does not work?
Then we say so early. Every build starts with the smallest piece that proves the path, so a wrong turn costs days, not months. If the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf tool fits better, you hear that too.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on what we are building, and we tell you before we start. A first session is one sitting. A build is scoped with its own timeline that you approve, and you see the first piece working before the larger plan is built.
