Eric has spent over a decade in marketing, sales, and business strategy, including leadership roles as a fractional CMO and director-level positions across multiple industries. He brings a growth-focused lens to every engagement, making sure our AI solutions aren't just efficient but directly tied to helping clients sell more and operate smarter.

Matt
Head of Technology & Engineering
Matt leads the design and development of every AI implementation at ReadyCraft. Before that he owned the backend and web portal for an AI voice agent handling over 500,000 calls a day, and built and maintained a compliance review system monitoring more than 1.5 million calls a month. He also contributed end to end to an AI agent builder product, from graph-based workflows to client integrations. He makes sure what we deliver is not just technically sound but genuinely useful.

Lead Solutions Designer
Cliff brings years of commercial strategy and solutions architecture experience to ReadyCraft. He has a track record of identifying operational opportunities and translating them into scalable systems. He works closely with clients to understand how their businesses actually run, then makes sure every solution we build fits that reality.

Jen
Head of Finance
Jennifer keeps ReadyCraft's finances, billing and books in order. A registered CPA in Colorado, she holds a BS in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and an MS in Accounting from the University of Denver, and started her career at PwC before several years with Chipotle in Denver. Since 2019 she has provided accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals, small businesses and non-profits, so she knows the numbers side of the businesses we serve from the inside.

We work out of Steamboat Springs, a mountain town in northwest Colorado, with the rest of the team across the West, and we build for small businesses across the country. Being based in a small town keeps us close to the kind of business we serve. It has never limited who we can serve.
